I just had my first-ever insurance claim experience with them, and I wanted to share how it all went down:

So, about an hour after the incident, they got in touch to offer me a tow service, which I didn’t need since my car was still drivable, albeit with a nighttime driving restriction. I made it home okay, albeit a bit teary-eyed.

Then, around four to five hours later, the person handling my case called to explain what I needed to do next, like getting a police report, and suggested I check out local body shops or use their affiliated one. Of course, since it was a Friday, I had to wait until Monday to do anything more, which was a bit frustrating.

A few days later, I headed to the police station and got them the report they needed.

The next day, I sent in the repair estimate.

By the eighth day, they had approved everything.
And by the eleventh day, the payment was sent to the body shop, which confirmed they got it and started ordering parts.

Now, I’m just waiting for the intake date. As for the whole GPS thing, I get why some people might not like it, but it didn’t bother me. They’d just see that I’m mostly at work or grabbing a bite at Chick-fil-A. I was actually thinking of switching insurers because of some bad stuff I read online, but my experience so far has been surprisingly good. Their app is really easy to use, especially for someone like me who prefers avoiding phone calls for stuff like questions or claims

+ PROS: Quick and clear communication post-incident. User-friendly app for managing claims. Repair options provided, including local shops.
    - CONS: Weekend delay due to incident timing.
